The year was 1965. A group of dreamers saw the need and opportunity to create a platform that would serve as these dreamers avenue for the expression of their artistry, industry, service and love for excellence. Thus, the founding of Xpress Group Limited.

Since then, the single-minded pursuit of a dream made the company well on its way to making a mark in the industry of property development and management in the competitive Asian development hub that is Hong Kong and Singapore. As a public company trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd, it has positioned itself strongly in the industry through its technical, artistic, and visionary distinction made possible by its dreaming team who knows faithfully how to turn their dreams into reality. Leading the roster of such dreamers who have propelled the Group to greater heights is Mr. Fai H. Chan who joined the Company in 1992. Since he began to captain the Group direction by being the Chairman of the Xpress Group in 1995, he has successfully managed the Group assets and has increased its net worth to unprecedented levels from year to year, making Xpress Group a top-of-mind company for property investors, clients, and experts.

A company whose leverage comes from the strong and strategic management of its assets, capitalizing on the advantages of its environment and thereby able to fortify its position in the industry and access valuable markets, that is what the Group has become from the day of its foundation and commencement of operations to a few decades down its road.
