Chan Tung Moe

Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Chan Tung Moe, the Chief Investment Officer of the Company, is responsible for the overall management of the Investment Division of the Group. Mr. Chan is a non- executive director of SingXpress Land Ltd. Previously, Mr. Chan was an Executive Director of the Company and the Chief Executive Officer of Xpress Finance Limited ("Xpress Finance"), Xpress Group credit card business and also has experience in technical and business development in the finance and technology industries. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration with honours, a Master Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering with honours and a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science with honours. Mr. Chan is the son of Mr. Chan Heng Fai and Ms. Chan Yoke Keow and the brother of Mr. Chan Tong Wan.

Chan Sook Jin,
Mary-ann

Executive

Ms. Chan Sook Jin, Mary-ann, is an Executive of the Group. Ms. Chan is involved with the securities operations. Ms. Chan was an Executive Director of the Company and has previous experience with one of the leading banks in Hong Kong where she was involved in sales and marketing as well as relationship management for the Regional Securities office. Ms. Chan is the daughter of Mr. Chan Heng Fai and Ms. Chan Yoke Keow.

Wong Shui Yeung

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wong Shui Yeung, is the Chief Financial Officer of the Group and responsible for the financial and management reporting of the Group, including internal control and policy review, taxation, audit, legal and regulatory affairs. Mr. Wong is the Chief Financial Officer of SingXpress Land Ltd, the shares of which are listed on the Singapore Exchange. He has over 15 years in public accounting, taxation, and financial consultancy and management in Hong Kong. He worked with an international accounting firm prior to joining the Group in 2001. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and is currently practicing as a certified public accountant in Hong Kong. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.

Yuen Ping Man

Company Secretary and
the Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Yuen Ping Man, is the joint Company Secretary and the Chief Operating Officer of the Group and responsible for the corporate secretarial function and business operations. Previously, Mr. Yuen was the Chief Operating Officer of Xpress Finance responsible for compliance, human resource, operations, sales & marketing, customer service and general administration of Xpress Finance. Mr. Yuen has over 15 years managerial experience in corporate secretarial, business development, human resources and general administration. Prior to joining Xpress Finance in June 1997, Mr. Yuen worked in two listed groups and a financial institution. Mr. Yuen holds a Master Degree in Business Administration. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, a senior member of The Hong Kong Institute of Marketing, a professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management, a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute, the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), the Hong Kong Institute of Purchasing & Supply and Society of Registered Financial Planners. Mr. Yuen is also a certified risk planner and a licensed estate agent.

Lui Wai Leung, Alan

Senior Accounting Manager

Mr. Lui Wai Leung, Alan, is the Senior Accounting Manager of the Group. He is responsible for the financial reporting of the Group and focus on the financing operations, securities & treasury investment. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and he joined the Group in 1997.
